I am an AI engineer based in London with nearly three years of enterprise experience. I hold a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
I currently work at Commerzbank as an AI Engineer, specialising in agentic AI, RAG pipelines, and MCP servers. Before that, I was a Full-Stack Software Engineer, building backend services and full-stack applications. Outside work, I build my own projects and contribute to open source.

Specifically looked into and improved hybrid-reasoning models using LoRA and novel hybrid-training technique. Regular supervised fine-tuning on reasoning models causes them to forget their reasoning capabilities. This is solved using my novel hybrid training technique.
